Q: When can I get the quotation?
A: We will send you the quotation within 12 hour as usual

Q2: How can I get a sample? How long will it take?
A: For customized sample, It will take 2-5 days to make sample, then 2-3 days or so to deliver by express courier like Fedex, DHL or UPS

Q4: What is your payment term?

Q5: What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos?
A: I'll take 7-10 days normally, 10-15 days in peak season, and mostly based on the quantities. Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets, or follow your requirements. Shrink wrapping is available as per request .Then the cargos will be delivered via sea or air.

A: When manufacturing and before shipping, the items will be strictly inspected by QC team and well packed. If the items are damaged when you receive, or if you are not satisfied with the items, please contact us as soon as possible.
